EVERY Six Months Jolie reiterates accusations against Pitt

He quickly got clean and presented no danger, yet she fought to keep the kids away from him. It’s shocking any court allowed this.

Re: individual plans - Nope. You don’t let young kids decide such things…especially when mom is aggressively turning the kids against him.

They weren't young kids. Pax was 16/17 years old in 2020/2021. That's when the trial was. He should have 100% been able to make his own choice. Asking for sole custody if he didn't want to cooperate was not the right move.

But isn't the key issue the fact that they didn't have anything stipulated in writing about one or the other selling their piece ? The oral contract argument seems bogus and that, even if it sucked for him and was punitive and unfair, she was within her rights to sell.

Yes. I think he's not even alleging a oral contract. Its a quasi contract based on their actions and what he thought was understood between them. This is part of her defense, saying if the judge finds a contract is valid, the NDA that tried to restrict about the abuse allowed her to break negotiations.

He's also saying she didn't pay a dollar for her 10% shares lol

second defense is if there

The filing also alleged Jolie was the one to present “an even broader” NDA agreement while Pitt’s team presented a “standard” NDA, solely intended to “intended to protect the business.

“The clause also made clear that there would be no limitation on Jolie’s ability to speak in connection with Pitt and Jolie’s divorce or custody proceedings,” the documents read.

“It specifically provided: This commitment shall however not limit the ability, for any Party, to make any claims, filings or testimony in any legal proceedings.”

Well this seems key. Let's see if the documents back up his assertions.

Although my guess is that the sale was her being punitive, I also don't blame her for pushing for individualized parenting plans. I mean, why not have a tailored therapeutic plan for each child? The older kids had been through a lot. There were a number of blinds about Pitt being falling-down-drunk while traveling alone with Maddox, well before the plane incident. That didn't come out of nowhere. The younger kids were more open to spending time with him. Seems reasonable to meet each kid where s/he was at that time. Although I sympathize with her efforts there, again I do think she was probably trying to punish him with the sale to an undesirable business partner.

Agreed. It's okay if the older kids needed time. Nothing would have been accomplished if the the Maddox, Pax or Zahara were forced with him. also yikes at that story of him saying the girl looked like angelina. the lawyers are making things worst

DP. No, that's not how custody works. Kids will choose a parent but that's not their choice. Does forced time make a child like a parent? No, but allowing them to never see a parent doesn't either.

There were some leaked pictures not that long ago of some of the kids with cousins from Pitt's side. He just doesn't publicize his contact with the kids.

It's hard to be on the side of a crazy, anorexic, home wrecker with marginal acting talent.

His cousins live in LA. Maddox and Pax are regularly around them. It'd good they don't let their lack of relationships interfere with his family

I think it’s very telling that Hollywood has abandoned Jolie.

I bet she was a nightmare on sets and at parties for decades and burned a lot of bridges.

Brad remains beloved in Hollywood—including female costars.

I can believe that she sucks and is crazy and trashy and everything else. That doesn't mean that he's not a POS too. Some of the comments (he drank to escape her) are laughable.

Of course it doesn't mean that but why would anyone care about either of them? He at least has a career she has nothing but popping up to complain about him every once in awhile as if anyone still cared.

When you're still complaining about your ex years later, it starts to make you look like the one with the issues, despite what you say. Everyone wants you to move on.
