The Joseph Joseph spatula here: https://us.josephjoseph.com/products/uni-tool-gray?_gl=1*det60g*_up*MQ..&gclid=CjwKCAjwh4-wBhB3EiwAeJsppKbTQQ2NpM2tVxU-_0Tl33UbwxrEkeNC5FV14xG7z5Bb7mMt0TQT7hoC7iIQAvD_BwE

And then, this isn't really a gadget, but I buy the little frozen squares of garlic and ginger that Trader Joe's sells. Makes my life SO much easier!

I'm confused by the photos in this one. Where do the holes go?

My most important tool in the kitchen is my good knife, but for gadgets, I love my KitchenAid mixer with grater attachment and also my instant pot and blender (both stick and regular). My food processor broke and I am in the fence about replacing it or just making do with these tools.

For the longest time I refused to buy a citrus juicer because it seemed silly and it is easier enough to squeeze a lemon in my hand. Then, somebody bought me this and I absolutely love it. Just makes me happy yo use it. It is sturdy and the color makes me smile.

I have a yellow lemon squeezer that I love, too. I also use it to separate egg whites and yolks, lol!

A tiny rechargeable garlic chopper. It is just amazing. I chop ginger, garlic and nuts and that thing is my favorite. A single charge lasts 2 months

Immersion blender, microplane, and these little serrated paring knives (can’t think of the name). They will cut anything.

Immersion blender with whisk and food processor attachments - it's so much smaller and easier to handle and clean than my food processor, blender, and stand mixer. Now I only have to pull the big ones out for really large jobs.

A good, sharp knife and a nice Dutch oven are all I need. Everything else is a mess to clean and useless. Regular kitchen stuff is all people need: a cutting board, a nice heavy stainless-steel pan, and pots and pans. I never use any gadgets.
I don't do smoothies either; I just eat whole fruit.

Potato peeler.
