How quickly do you think this one will go? I'm going to bet it will be under contract by Monday. It's pretty adorable minus the green paint imho. Thoughts?

I love the green paint! Gone by Monday for sure |
Good on the home owners not to cave to the realtor mantra that all homes have to be stupid white before going on the market. |
Looks like old person died or had to move to nursing home. Probably didn't want to deal with painting. |
Nice, but on a fairly busy street. |
It will go fast. We live closeby - Van Ness is busy for that neighborhood, but still fine, esp since the house is set back quite a bit. Kids could walk to the Hearst school/ playground/ pool solo because they don't need to cross any busy streets. And it's relatively renovated - so much of the stock there has been occupied for 30+ years and untouched. |
It 100% does not look like that. Did you even look at the pictures? The current owners have good taste, agree with PP that it looks better than the all white soulless listings. |
I love the house. And it is so tastefully decorated. |
I can bet every single dollar I have that at the moment they are having hard time trying to decide because it’s a multiple bid situation. |
Already? But it hasn't even had its OH |
Some of the paint choices are misses, but it’s only paint. The mudroom paint and wallpaper really works for me! I love it. |
Love it, and i love how the green is pulled through the whole house in smaller accents - chairs in the kitchen, wallpaper. Wish i had 1.7 mil for this. |
The Busy Street Crew here almost matches Crazy Airplane Noise Lady for hilariously incorrect takes. |
Now there is this one in Woodley Park. It's only 150k more than the sold price 4 years ago. No photos yet. Perhaps it needs a total gut?

It is right across from Maret so perhaps it's a pain dealing with all the morning traffic. I'm genuinely curious how this one can be so low though the description only goes on about the schools and location, and not the house. |
