Lots of quotes in that article about how MAGA knew what they were peddling was Russian lies. Giuliani was in the thick of it.

I think it was mostly speculation with no "real" proof, but now we have someone stating this under oath.

Those Rs aren't in a rush to deny it, however, because the R party doesn't care anymore, and right wing media isn't reporting what Parnas said.
