You must be paying under the table or your nanny is undocumented. For two kids $35 is the minimum.

You can pay them a lower rate though, so long as it’s not below minimum wage. $12/hr is legal in a lot of states.

$44/ hr for 40 hours + 8 overtime (48 total hours) for 3 kids (8,6,2).

Nanny handles all daytime events as school for the older two.

Health insurance is fully paid for. 10 days PTO (plus the 15 or so more we’re out of the country) and unlimited sick days.

We’ve had the same nanny for 8 years. She’s part of the family.

You still need to pay minimum wage for live in and $15/,he is minimum wage in most areas now. Also live-in is paid for all hours if over 49 and some states require OT ,Even for live ins.

Only a fool, homeless, ot undocumented would accept $12/,,hr for live in or live out. Live in is a convenience for employer s d should pay accordingly.
