If I promise to teach him to wear it responsibly 😁 , what are the popular colognes for teen boys these days?

They don’t wear any. Really. None of them. -HS teacher

Mine don't wear it on a daily basis, but my teens' starter cologne is from Hollister. I'm sure with holidays coming up they have a small bottle gift package of a few of their scents. It's a good starting place that is pretty inexpensive and smaller quantity.

As fellow mother of teen, skip cologne and buy more deodorant.

Son likes Axe and Adidas his aunt gave him last year for Xmas. He will sometimes ask me if he smells good. So cute. He’s 16.

Someone (I'm pretty sure on here!) recommended these solid colognes several years ago and I bought some for my sons.
They really liked them (I thought they smell good too!)

Plus one billion!

Please don't let your kids wear perfume or cologne to school! Do have them shower and wear deodorant, preferably unscented or mild scent. If they shower at night they may need to wash their armpits again with soap in the morning.

Just picture all these teens coming into a small classroom with crappy ventilation the period after PE and all the various artificial scents mixing with hormonal BO.

Please no more fragrance!

NONE!!! Zest aloe Soap and a nice deodorant like Old spice pure sport is enough. Heavy cologne is NOT ok for school.

+100 and make sure they use enough of it and wash their arm pits well.

OP here - my son already showers and wears deodorant (actually old spice sport which is funny that so many recommended!) and washes the hoodies he wears daily (please encourage your boys to do the same!). Fabrics hold a lot of scent!

Cologne would just be for going out - just as a fun Christmas present. Thanks for the suggestions.
