Priority Schools Initiative?

Does anyone know which schools are in Dale's new "priority schools initiative". I just learned about it, and I guess it's Dale's proposal for funding/addressing the needs of schools with demographic challenges. I think they are replacing a lot of the current programs with this new initiative. I can't find any details about it on the FCPS website, just a short Q & A "mythbuster". It sounds like it was proposed really recently, but the school board approved it last night? I'd really appreciate any information anyone could dig up. I can't seem to find much of anything.

I would look at the presentation made to the School Board on May 10, 2010 as a starting point.
