 ichigan Ave. NE\, DC 20017\, from 10:30 to 1pm. \n\n\nEach year since 
 2019\, Esther Productions Inc. has presented a unique scholarship essa
 y contest that invites young ladies aged 13 through 18 to submit essay
 s that tell their stories about growing up without their fathers and b
 uilding their resilience as they face that challenge. A group of accom
 plished artists\, educators\, clinicians\, business and civic leaders 
 serve as judges. Cash prizes ranging from $1500 to $500 are given to t
 he top winners during the Discovery Summit and Scholarship Awards Cere
 mony.\n\n\nThis year\, the event is presented in cooperation with The 
 Black Student Fund. The summit will have interactive workshops\, food\

 nDr. Tracie Robinson\, Ph. D\, RP\, CHT is a holistic artist healer an
 d certified dance/movement therapist with more than 30 years of experi
 ence. She uses structure and/or authentic dance and movement to facili
 tate synergistic change. Her goal is to expose people to their predisp
 ositions by integrating movement\, gestures\, rhythms\, breath\, verba
 l and non-verbal communication with a less defended expression of the 
 body. This also includes facilitating the revelation of repressed feel
 ings\, structured movement interventions\, exploring alternative metho
 ds of resolving internal and interpersonal conflicts and supporting ps
 ychological growth in areas of self-empowerment\, self-esteem and posi
 tive body image. \n\n"Dr. Misty Freeman applies her expertise in menta
 l health\, learning\, and behavior\, to help children and youth succee
 d academically\, socially\, behaviorally\, and emotionally. "\n\n\nEst
