DESCRIPTION:The 30 girls of Scouts BSA Troop 248 for Girls invite girl
 s age 11-17 to their regular meeting from 10 AM-Noon on Saturday\, Mar
 ch 7.  This is the program formerly known as “Boy Scouts” but in a
 n all-girl setting and all-girl led.  We meet at All Souls Episcopal C
 hurch\, 2300 Cathedral Ave. NW\, Washington\, DC.  This is located jus
 t off Connecticut Avenue between the Woodley Park Metro Station and Th
 e National Zoo.  Girls will shadow one of our youth members during our
  meeting.  We are one of the largest Troops in the metropolitan area a
 nd this last year participated in service projects\, hikes\, trips and
  camping outings including 24 camping nights on 10 different trips (gi
 rls select the trips they want to go on).  Our 19 adult women and men 
 adult advisors help us with our events and with our learning the Scout
