 nsity timed body weight exercises.  We have families jumping around\, 
 running\, squating\, doing push-ups and pull-ups and so much more.  Th
 e FITT Fam classes are safe\, fun\, and challenging challenging way fo
 r families to spend quality time together and get that much needed exe
 rcise. The Junior FITT class is for parents and kids ages 7-12.
