 nd Cleveland\nElementary School\nWhy: Students learn to speak\, read\,
  and write in another language. Students’\nachievements are at simil
 ar levels or higher than those enrolled in monolingual\nprograms. Stud
 ents gain a global perspective that prepares them for a global world.\
