 s jump to big conclusions.  As neighbors\, some know each other\, othe
 rs not so much. See what ignites when a neighbor’s odd behavior is e
 valuated by gross assumptions all because of branches of a tree that h
 ang over a fence. The beauty of the moment has a life of its own like
