 little forest magic. This special family edition of forest bathing inv
 ites kids (ages 6+) and adults alike to slow down\, explore with your 
 senses\, and discover wonder in the woods at Potomac Overlook Regional
  Park! Guided by certified nature and forest therapy guide Ilana Rubin
  of Kindred Nature\, we’ll go for a gently guided wander in the park
 \, pausing along the way for interactive\, sensory nature-based invita
 tions that spark curiosity\, calm\, and connection. We’ll close our 
 time together with a cozy forest tea party under the trees. $30 per pe
 rson. Open to ages 6 and up. All minors must be accompanied by a regis
 tered adult\, and all participants must register in advance online.
