Brilliant response! Well done!
Op here but you are not doing your job as well , you are on your cell phone then engage with your charge.
Yes , that’s true I don’t have time talking with my mom is better then come here and waste my time with losers
You are nuts, OP, and clearly have anger issues. I would never trust you or your poor judgment with my children.

I certainly wouldn't agree to such an unprofessional request made by my (adult) child. Is your mother not capable of entertaining herself, or is this request purely your idea because you need to be assured of her presence 24/7 while she's visiting? Cut the umbilical cord. It's time. Not sorry for being harsh. This is my opinion as a mother who has raised three well-rounded men.
My grandmother is in her late 70s and has visited me while I lived with a family. She still entertained herself while I was working. No excuses. If you need to take PTO, you take it.

Her sister was new in US . She was waiting for her Green card.
I never had any issue with them . They used to love my son dearly. They both work hard.
Unfortunately, they moved so I had to find another nanny.so far I had great experience.
Congratulation op for your new job. I am sure the family is lucky to have you.
You had the sister work for you for free while she was waiting for her green card?!
