How irresponsible can you be?
Any nanny who insists on cloth diapers should be required to also wash and iron them. We hire nannies to reduce our workload, not increase it.
Washing the cloth diapers was one of my nanny duties. It took roughly the same amount of time and energy as washing the children's laundry. Aside from carrying a few more supplies around when we went on outings, cloth diapers were more of a hassle than disposable (which were always an option in a pinch!). If everyone is on board, it's a perfectly reasonable option, and one that many people are returning to.
