I'm an MB, not a nanny. 100k isn't much, sweetie. I make $200k + and my DH makes 600k +. We have a combined met worth of $8 million. We have a PT nanny and pay her $23 per hour, health insurance, gym membership, and a car. Pay your nanny well. They are clearly the one raising your children.
You need a better tax advisor and wealth advisor if you are supposedly running your own business and choosing that much as ordinary income. You are pissing away your supposed money to income taxes. Get structured up better and leverage carried interest, cap gains, options, and munis more.
