If you are that concerned that a random stranger might try to hack a camera to watch you feeding a 1 year old, and your employer wants a nanny cam, you should find another job. Just my personal opinion. I don't have a cam or want a cam, but video monitoring of a workplace is a common thing.

If she's watching tv and folding your clothes, she's a babysitter, not a nanny. Nannies know better than to use the idiot box. But whatever she is, I hope she's doing a lot more than that.
I've employed MANY nannies in the last 4 years and I can tell you I am being very generous with my assumptions of what they actually do.
