Yeah right. You are probably a mom who wants to brag that you would be willing to pay her Nanny $30+ per one child, and in your mind a great Nanny who ask you $25 per child is a complete incompetent with a very poor quifications. Stop being such an *****.

The problem is, you cannot run a background check on undocumented nanny, and for most parents that is unacceptable. Surely there are lots of wonderful undocumented women but we re all supposed to minimize risk for the baby by doing all kind of background checks, right?
