I’m lucky our nanny is educated and very bright as well as a doctor’s daughter. She’s a huge proponent of the vaccine. She’s fully vaccinated now.
Until the vaccine has full FDA approval, no place can mandate the vaccine.

Let's hope not too attached if she is unvaccinated.Anonymous wrote:How long has she cared for your children?
Are they attached to her?
Anonymous wrote:We just went through this. Our nanny was hesitant about getting the vaccine and kept putting me off in regard to when she was going to sign up. Finally, on Friday, we sat her down and told her how much we liked her and how our DD loved her but we couldn’t keep her in our employ without being vaccinated. She took it well and signed up for an appointment.

NP. My kids are currently quarantined because our nanny is not vaccinated and her husband has Covid. Yes, it is a huge inconvenience (this is her 3rd quarantine and we have paid for all of them). I respect her choice not to get vaccinated, but she won’t be able to work for my family if that is the case.
Damn you’re way to nice. THIRD TIME!!! Is her husband in close contact with cases? I would definitely find someone who was taking this more serious.
The good news is that this was a wake-up call and she won't come back until she is vaccinated.
