If your employer booked you an Uber through their own account, they would know the route and the cost of the ride (and you, as just the passenger, would not). I am also confused as to how you knew the exact fare of the ride, but so did your MB, but she did not know the route. (Also, if you knew the fare from seeing the taxi meter, if it was a taxi booked through the Uber app, Uber adds fees to the fare, which likely explains the discrepancy.). Could you explain, OP?

+1. If they got her the Uber, it must have been on their account and thus they had all the details. I think we have a troll here, DCUM.

+2. Especially with the added detail of being drunk and having the shocking habit of drinking 1-2 glasses per evening most of the evenings I guess she spent with them to observe this. Total troll and not even a good one.

Many people take cabs home. All my past employed get me a cab for late nights. There is nothing wrong with taking a cab.

If you read my posts, MB first said it was $18, then later said it was $20.

PP. I'm only rude to the one's who were rude first. They need to get a life and stopping stirring things up. People actually want serious answers, and don't have time to spend on ridiculous comments or argue with the trolls.
