OMG, this just happened to me! I am interviewing for nanny positions and was at an in-home interview over the weekend. The kid who was three years and seven months old walked behind the couch where I was sitting and took a HUGE, stinking dump in his pull-ups!!! The parents said that this is where he likes to "do his poopy".

I could not get out of there fast enough.

So funny how parents think they're potty training with the pull-ups.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet but I interviewed with a SAHM who nursed her bratty three-year-old when he demanded it DURING our initial interview.
