I have no problem with nanny cams as long as I am told they are present. I agree with an earlier nanny poster who said that she likes them because they show how hard she works and how much she does with her charges during the day. I think it is a nice way for my MB/DB to check in and see what the little one is doing WITHOUT calling me on the phone (I've always found the "just checking in" telephone call/texts interruptions to be irritating).
