LOLOLOL..that's so funny. when I worked in Mclean, my employer had to tell someone on her street, that I was their nanny, because they were trying to recruit me, on my daily walk, AND at the playground.

Smart parents want the best nanny they can find.

You seem confused if think you know who here is bilingual, or not. Actually, I think crazy would be the correct word for you.

It is very easy to identify bilinguals by the way they write, much easier than to tell a good nanny from a hole in the ground. You don't express yourself in writing the way a bilingual person does.

I thought only stupid people believe "one size fits all"? That couldn't possibly be you, could it?

It doesn't matter what you think. You're not an exception. You aren't bilingual.

And you aren't a person.

I'm not interested in Buffett. You may be.

Maybe you should ask Warren Buffett what he paid his nanny. There's quite a distance between "I think we all know" and "in my experience."

No one knows what a nanny is. There are no barriers to entry to your vocation, no exams, no credentials, no education requirements.

You made an argument earlier that wealthy families get "the best". That nanny worked for a wealthy family. I'm sure they thought they were getting "the best."

Anyone can say yes to a better paying job, even a well-paid nanny. At some point you must stop competing on wages.

You are grossly mistaken. The parents who want the best, and can afford it, will pay whatever it takes. Certain high-demand nannies have little competition, so they earn double or triple what most of you can afford. This is America, remember? Being one of the best, tends to pay quite well.

Whatever it is that you think you're best at, writing and punctuation isn't it. You tend to place your commas so randomly.

I probably talk funny to. And I'm bilingual. Let's see, what else can I think of? You might think I'm too thin. Oh well. Shoot me.

Unless you make the same mistakes in your other language, you aren't bilingual, you just speak another language, and not very well.
