Like another poster, I've saved up almost $100,000 in cash. I make a flat weekly rate of $500 and work anywhere from 17hrs-48hrs a week and do some housekeeping duties.
Kudos to you. That's really something to be proud of. How old are you? Mind sharing your budget? What area?
I'm glad that NF found you to help them.
I'm 42 and I'm currently in Clifton, Va. NF provides a car and phone, and basic food. I have no debt and no bills. I do pay for a nice gym membership at $80/mo. I sometimes go out to eat and mainly take trips to visit family. I don't spend much money on clothes since I don't need to dress up. Some weeks I spend nothing. Great kids and employers who respect my space.
It's kind of like being a kept woman, but not having to have sex with anyone I don't want to.
