I don't think the INA treats nannies respectfully. Agency owners carry all the control. Agencies should not be allowed on the nanny board. Someone already said that recently on this forum, and I have to agree. Nannies are not allowed on theapna.org board, right?

Good link above. The INA should look into it and learn a few things.


The INA encourages fair treatment of nannies - I am not sure what they should specifically look into?
