If is completely possible to work that many hours and go to school. It's called priorities and your social life tends to be last on the list. I work over 50hours and go to school full time. My free time is filled with studying. Also park ave isn't the only place in NYC you can live. Nor do each child need their own room. This family could very well live in a 1mil dollar two bedroom flat in SoHo. They prob don't have cars and might even have paid off all student loans. My boss can afford a 600k condo with only her 150k salary. Not every family wants a mc mansion or two new bmws. You can also find small cottages in the hamptons for relatively cheap.

$200,000 for a family living in NYC is very little. They aren't going to be able to afford housing in NYC, a nanny, and a house in the Hamptons. Maybe you should get a professional job in your career field if you command a professional salary. Most people can't live in NYC on a nanny's salary.

Yeah, resisting entitled nannies who want to be paid over market and demanding free food is oh so awful.
