What is wrong with you? They are taking care of your kids. If you can afford to travel that much, the decent thing to do is to get the nanny the same seat as you. If you aren't, even if you are, you should pay her very well for that extra travel time.

Much of this is caused by so many social media pages dedicated to mentoring nannies to work for "high income families", where they advertise that working for such families entails flying private, and getting gifts and live the same lifestyle as the host. So the nannies enter an employment in a house that looks nice thinking they're living the life of a celebrity.
I am sure if you work for the .01% you get these perks, but most people who travel multiple times a year and even fly first class are just upper middle class and have saved up to make that travel happen.
