You planning on paying her for the extra 25 minutes a week? If not. She arrives at her start time and if you want a report at end of day then you get home in time for her to leave at her end time. No reason why a nanny gives you free time.

If you need to leave at 8am on the dot then you need to schedule your nanny for 7:45.
