If you wanted to know the truth, you would talk to the teachers about why the kids hate their school. You would talk to the children and nanny separately, then together. Finally, you would either ask the nanny to record the behavior so you’d know *exactly* what the issues were, or you’d install cameras yourself.

I don't give American parents/children a pass. I think nannies are remarkable human beings for putting up with lazy, entitled American parents and children. OP's children simply kind like the sort of children that of you list, you wouldn't look for.
