I’m the OP — just wanted to update that as Delta took off we asked our nanny to decide whether she would get vaccinated if she wanted to continue working with us. We gave her a clear timeframe. Ultimately, she and her family got vaxxed. I will make vaccines a clear job requirement if we ever have to hire another nanny.

Fire her ! Nannies should be vaccinated!
