Allergy. Religious reasons, anti-vaxers.
What kind of religion advises against vaccines?
“Among the few religions with an absolute objection to vaccines include:
Churches that rely on faith healing including small Christian churches such as Church of the First Born, End Time Ministries, Faith Assembly, Faith Tabernacle, and First Century Gospel Church.
The First Church of Christ, Scientist (Christian Scientist) believes in healing through prayer and that vaccines aren't necessary.”

Some Orthodox Jewish and Muslim groups believe that cutting into or injecting into the body is forbidden. It’s pockets within the Orthodox communities. There are other pockets elsewhere for other religions.

Not true. It depends on where you live. Here in Los Angeles the mayor made nannies essential workers so I didn’t get to sit home in my pajamas and collect the dole, so I’ll be right up there front of the line getting my shot.
Nannies are essential. But our exposure rates are much lower than other (group) childcare workers.
True but some of us work for two parents who are in medical fields or otherwise unable to work from home and essential to society.
You are essential, your nanny is not.
I can’t be “essential” without our nanny.
Yes you can. Daycare is open, and there are other options. Your nanny is not exposed to as many people as front-line healthcare or grocery workers.

NP here. I would fire any nanny who refused.

Unless, you made this innoculation a condition of employment, you cannot force her to do so. Fire her for this and she can sue you.

I’m a nanny and no I won’t take it. I would let you fire me because I want to work for smart people.
