They have already shown that they have NO desire to follow the law--why do you think they will follow their employer's rules?
Probably one of the dumbest statements I've read. Someone who is fleeing an oppressed country or is looking for better economic opportunities for their family doesn't mean they have no respect for any law.
You’re right. It means they have no respect for the US laws and neither do their employers. It’s sucks for the people following the rules.
I respectfully suggest that you are greatly oversimplifying the issue of illegal immigration in this country.
Why? Bc I’m not ok with taking advantage of illegal immigrants by paying them under the table so that you can save money. Sorry not sorry. If you employee an illegal nanny you suck.
No offense, but i refuse to spend more money then I have to during a crisis. I am not taking advantage of an illegal immigrant, without me, they wouldn't have any job or way to feed their family.
Look, if your job an be done by someone cheaper, that means your skills are not competitive and you are trying to leverage an artificial supply/demand curve to support high prices.
NO thanks.
No offense, but you’re a user. You’re also entitled, selfish, cheap and manipulative. If you want to claim you are helping an illegal immigrant feed their family by paying low wages then you are on a different level of privileged.
Any job can be done cheaper and cheap people always find the cheapest option. You can go to Mexico and get cheap Botox and plastic surgery. You can find the cheapest and crappiest lawyer to handle your divorce. You can find the cheapest and shadiest childcare.
Nanny prices aren’t high, you just cannot afford them. It’s a luxury that you seem to think you are entitled to receive.
