Hmm what are you talking about? APs should complain to who about what? and how is it not allowed? APs go into rematch all the time for minor stuffs like they don't want to work on weekend, if something crazy happens most APs will complains. Of course some APs won't, but is it no juts an au pair issue, is it? look at the m2 movement, lot of people dont complain for lots reasons, not just APs.

Not true. 4 years ago with my first AP I used the Au Pair Foundation and they have since shut down post-lawsuit.

Funny how not one single AP agency owner is shutting down. They’re very happy with their windfall profits.

Doesn't seem like APs would have great margins. I bet they make 4-5k per AP, if that. Also, legal fees and the settlement are probably wiping away years of profit. Even if insurance is paying, the insurance rates are probably higher. I doubt this is a profitable business at the moment.

Anonymous complaints by au pairs should be allowed, but they aren’t. Au pairs don’t want to get sent home before their year is up.
