I think some candidates just appeal to a lot more families for whatever reason; and are harder to get to.

I have been doing this for 8 years.
I just matched with another agency, but came close with two AP candidates from CC. I didn't flash any perks just was open and honest about our family.
Either they want you as you are or they don't.
