So what if the nanny is working? If they have appropriate boundaries (nanny and AP each have their own rooms), it could be fun. I don’t know about you, but I work with kids because I have fun with them, not just because I love helping to shape the amazing people they are.

...did she say she doesn't pay them their salaries? It's weird how much nannies on this board hate all employers.
