So your kids don’t call their doctor Dr. Whatever or their coach Coach whatever? In DD’s preschool they call the teachers Teacher Whatever in either English or Hebrew.
Our nanny asked to be called Nanny and I do love it. To her it is like Mommy, Daddy, Grandma, etc. Very sweet and very respectful.

Oh jeez, are you always a wet blanket? It's their nanny, for crying out loud, not some adult they're meeting out somewhere. Our nanny is like our family, and our kids call her by her first name.
