OP, you are hilarious. Please, tell us more about your tight budget and how you can afford a nanny. Have you looked into all the additional costs of having a nanny? The things you require for the job, you pay for, period. We’ll see another “My Nanny Quit for No Reason” thread soon!

When I went into nursing school, I had to get a lost immunizations that I had to pay for out of pocket. I don’t think asking her to pay for it is that unreasonable.
