It’s really hard because the girls are so clingy when they see her. Mom loves yoga and Pilates so now she goes out more often since she has seen her presence ruins our routine. Sometimes she’ll take one daughter out at a time to spend time with them and that confuses them too. But recently I told that it would be best for us to stick to a routine and for them to have no contact with her (which is possible because the house is so big and it’s two stoirues)

I can empathize with you. I’m working with a kid who actually always had a rather calm temperament. As he gets older, though, the lack of discipline is starting to show in his behavior. It sucks because it makes him hard to deal with sometimes and there are moments when I’m ready to just walk out. That doesn’t mean I hate him. I understand where you’re coming from. Some children just have that way about them that at times makes you wanna pull your hair out.
Op here, thank you for sharing. Everyone thinks that you should just quit because a child is difficult. Moms and nannies should know that sometimes there are difficult kids, but it’s not all bad.
