It's true that most people don't fully wash off germs (feces, etc.) after using the bathroom. That's why you always use something like a Kleenex to open the doorknob.
How is it “most environmental” to have single use washcloths which then get laundered? Total waste of water.
PS—I never use “something like a Kleenex” to “open the doorknob”, and am perfectly healthy. You sound pathological.
