Federal should be free through any online site, given their pay. They should have documentation of some sort. And state is easy to do from the federal forms, I’ve done it that way several times in the past.

Has anyone tried looking at tax treaties and if there could be some relief there?

I envision that more APs will not pay taxes, as a result.
