Hmm. This may not be your motive OP, but this is now coming across more like possessiveness or jealousy. Is uncle disruptive because your nanny kids like to spend time with him and he doesn't mind?

+1 You are jealous since childcare is your turf.. Do you have guaranteed hours? Are you able to leave early some days?

Trolling to make a point. I'm tired of Nannies that refuse to talk to their employers or other adults in the house about what their situation is. We are adults and should speak up when something bothers us.




So true. 90% of the posts on this forum would be unnecessary if employers and nannies SPOKE TO EACH OTHER.
