yes too steep. $20/hr is market, especially for year 1. you have to earn the raises, not automatically get them when switching families. jokesters.

I guarantee you that you can show up at any NW DC playground and say loudly, we are looking for a share nanny at $25/hr, and you'll have multiple nannies swarm you like bees.
