I would only increase the benefits as annual performance raises, IF THEY ARE EARNED. First you have to demonstrate to us that you are the best nanny, then you will increasing get the best benefits.
What does not work, is thinking that paying and giving more will improve a subpar performer. Subpar performers are subpar or average no matter what you pay or gift them.
