He might need to start out with people who know him a bit first and build from there. I know a few who have done it, usually just until their youngest has been in school a few years. With looking to keep low ratios, there is a good chance he will fill those slots. Have him think about what kind of unique/niche programming he wants to offer families.

There is nothing creepy about a man changing a diaper, there is nothing off about a man being good at childcare and wanting this to be his profession and to insinuate so belittles the experiences of actual victims of abuse. So many of you need therapy.

Yes, my parents used one for my brother as a kid. But he got most of his initial business through the neighborhood, and only word of mouth after that.
