(OP) That's totally fine. I'd like for the kids to play on their own sometimes, and content for the adult to just make sure no one's eye is getting poked out or other sibling catastrophes Since the kids are both in school/preschool, I'm not concerned about the nanny needing to do a lot of education and activities with them every single minute of the day. Some play and outings would be great, but so would having the kitchen floor mopped more often than I manage to do it or dinner on the stove before 6 pm!

Uh, no. I misunderstood the comment. When I start the machine it tells me the run time
