As long as you fulfill your work contract, the children are cared for and happy, and you get your responsibilities complete, nap away!
If some basic things are not getting done, there will be some problems. Or big changes.

You are going to have to get organized personably (eat breakfast before you show up, pack your lunch, go to bed earlier) and get a routine at the job (and not centering around your nap).

Btw, daycare workers work 7-7 and don't nap...

Bull. When I worked in a daycare, I worked 7:30 - 4 and still got a half hour duty-free break. Go ask the department of labor.

I worked at a daycare 10hrs a day. Like any job I got a break at luncg. However I was never accommodated for a nap.
What grown ass adult needs a nap in the middle of their work day and expects this to happen in the workplace

Power napping actually has been shown to increase productivity. Big companies like Google, Facebook, Nike, etc. all have napping facilities in the workplace.

If you're healthy and active, you'll be fine.

Same here. but with a good schedule it's all good and still fun!
