OP here: I didn't mind doing it only because I am being paid for tomorrow and Tuesday as I have guranteed hours. Maybe I'm too nice but I felt like it wasn't a big deal since their house was on the way and I was going to Target anyways.

Sheesh, if MB is asking you to exchange diapers on your day off, I'd be glad she's looking for a replacement. Talk about job creep! My MB texted me once on my day off, asking me to please pick up a prescription for their sick toddler from the pharmacy because she didn't want to leave the house with her. I gladly did it and told her she didn't have to pay me, but she compensated me by paying for hours of work when the job took an hour at most.

I think I remember you mentioning on Friday that you were going to make a Target trip this weekend. Have you been yet? If not, is there any chance you could stop by our house and pick up the newborn diapers that are on the counter and exchange them for size 1? Also, I know you had mentioned wanting to do more crafts with "G" so feel free to grab whatever you'd like for craft time and bring the receipt on Wednesday and we will reimburse you! Thank you SO much!"

Just email her. She is playing games with you. That is strange it is your job to exchange diapers on your off time for her.
