Can anyone please answer this or is it too confusing?
Most parents don't know the difference between a nanny, night nanny and NCS. There was a parent advertising for a night nanny a while ago... for a 2 year old. They actually wanted a nanny who would work overnights. There was a parent advertising for an NCS... they really wanted a night nanny for a 4 month old. One is a variation of the other, so yes, they are all part of the INA.
Are housekeepers part of INA?
If the housekeeper is also a nanny, yes. If not, no.

Anonymous wrote:Above post do your homework, the president of INA owns Gibson NCS agency so try again. I think what nannies want to know why do agencies have any say of INA? Yes INA has been around for a long time and once upon a time was a great source for nannies then it got greedy. The crazy tests created is a way to make money.

I just hope the nanny agency owners don't grab control of it, the way they did to the INA. Keep them OFF the board.

No nanny members allowed.
Why?

I agree. There should be a formal, official position against it and that needs to happen quickly.
