OP, are you interested in hiring an au pair? I think it would be a great choice given your offer. I am in a play group with several au pairs. They are enjoying their time in the US and the opportunity to study English. American nannies are likely more interested in earning higher wages then sightseeing and learning English. Have you tried the au pair board?
