She is very delayed if she's 9 months and not even sitting up or picking up her head. She needs to be evaluated! Has her pediatrician said nothing??

Op here, no she cannot crawl or sit up yet. When I put her down on the floor she just lies face down on the floor. That is why I also don't like to put her on the floor because she cannot hold her head from a tummy position.
